awarded Platinum Reseller Certification from Polycom®, Inc, a worldwide
leader in the convergence of interactive voice, video, data and web communications.
Polycoms new Certification Program demonstrates to the business
community that an authorised reseller meets rigorous, worldwide standards
of excellence and expertise. Certified Platinum status is the highest
level of accreditation.
Internet Videocommunications commitment to service excellence, industry-leading
support and technical expertise has made it the first company in the world
to meet Polycoms exacting requirements for Platinum status. To date
there are no other Polycom certified resellers in the world.
The establishment of the Polycom Channel Certification program raises
the bar for the interactive communications industry and ensures customers

Platinum Certification requires a reseller to meet and exceed the industrys
highest standard of excellence for communication products, service, support
and expertise, as well as a greater breadth of marketing, support and
training requirements across a broad range of network mediums. The certification
requires companies to provide a complete pre-sales, service and support
infrastructure which must be conducted by CVE (Certified Video Engineers)
and requires an international 24 x 7 helpdesk and on-site maintenance.
On-site installation and user training is provided by Polycom-trained
engineers. Internet Videocommunications, as part of the certification,
provides a Polycom demo facility, which enables customers to see the complete
range of Polycom solutions.

About Polycom Certified Program
To achieve certification, a reseller must have skill and capability in
one or more of the electronic conferencing product families Polycom offers,
market and sell those products, support customers purchase and ownership
of those products, train its staff and customer in these products
use and service, and satisfy their customers as they do so. Platinum Certification
requires a company to meet the requirements for multiple products families
and meet a greater breadth of marketing, support and training requirements.
These include: 24x7 help desk; associate VoIP; basic help desk; customer
training; CVE (Certified Video Engineers); on-site installation; on-site
maintenance; out-of-warranty service; Polycom demo facilities; Polycom
qualified sales engineers, sales and service representatives; and Polycom
qualified trainers.
