PUG's Exhibit Hall Bursts With Technology

19th November 2003

Exceeding 2003 attendance by 20 percent, PUG’s 2003 Conference held in San Francisco featured an Exhibit Hall filled to the brim with leading edge companies offering conferencing professionals the opportunity to discover and rediscover hundreds of products, services, and solutions!

From Sunday afternoon right through to the grand prize drawing at the close of the show, attendees visited the feature-rich exhibit hall, enjoying enlightening presentations at the Showcase Theatre which exposed the audience to state of-the-art technologies and applied solutions. The Exhibit Hall also provided attendees with the ability to “check in” with their workplaces and to network at the Cyber Café, to participate in traffic incentive programs which encouraged peer networking and allowed them to be eligible to win the grand prize, to witness live demonstrations delivered by industry experts from over 40 companies, and much more!

A Special Thank You to PUG Exhibitors & Sponsors

The collaborative brainstorming, negotiations, development and implementation of an event the caliber of PUG’s annual conference expended by its volunteers deserves high praise and acknowledgement. However, PUG’s success is also greatly attributed to the extraordinary support and participation of its Alliance membership in the form of presenting, exhibiting, sponsoring, and of course volunteering at the conference and throughout the year.

Each element of the annual conference is critical to its success, however, sponsorships play a special role by enabling PUG’s conference attendees to network at receptions, lunches, breakfasts, and breaks, and to stay informed during and after the event by referring to the conference program materials, to name a few. This generosity allows PUG to offer its members an economical source of education and peer interaction. That said, PUG is taking this opportunity to acknowledge and thank those companies for their considerable contribution towards the fulfillment of PUG’s objectives.

Internet Videocommunications is listed as one of the companies that PUG wished to thank for the contribution made to the conference.
