"Unlock the Treasure"- PUG 2004 Annual Conference

This year, the PUG Annual Conference “Unlock the Treasure” will be held at The Westin Innisbrook, just outside Tampa in Palm Harbor, Florida and will run from October 9th – 13th. This year’s conference has been coordinated by listening to feedback and incorporating suggestions with events that were successful last year. It will focus on helping you discover the treasures of conferencing!

Many interesting, thought-provoking and solutions-based concurrent sessions have been planned to help you address your concerns, introduce you to new technology, or challenge your current operational format. In response to feedback, PUG have expanded the total number of concurrent sessions and will offer them in seven different time blocks to allow each participant the chance to attend nearly twice as many as last year.

Throughout “Unlock the Treasure” there will be many opportunities to learn, grow and network with other attendees. Join Polycom executives and technical staff each morning at breakfast to ask questions and discuss what you would like to see in future product releases. This is an additional opportunity to take advantage of being able to network with colleagues and help shape the future of technology in the conferencing industry!

Other highlights include a lively treasure hunt, the annual PUG golf outing and a poolside pirates’ cove party!
