The Polycom Service Partner Program (PSPP) is an extension of Polycom's core partner programs and sets the quality standards for channel partners who provide service & support to customers as they integrate voice, video, web and data into core networks. The Polycom PSPP requires that certified partners demonstrate expertise in virtually all aspects of Polycom technology and associated network environments.

An industry first, the PSPP certifies Polycom’s best-in-class service and support channel partners by verifying their performance in providing customers with 24x7 support, fast response times, call center support, and stringent training in Polycom solutions and IP networking. And the PSPP is unique in requiring PSPP certified partners to meet and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in order to achieve annual recertification.

Through the PSPP, Polycom recognizes its Partner’s commitment to provide consistent high quality support that clearly differentiates them in the marketplace. They developed the program to provide a vehicle that recognizes their Partner’s service expertise and rewards them for their ongoing performance in delivering high quality support, competency, readiness and ability to deploy and support Polycom technology.
